3D Printing

We offer multi-process 3D printing services including SLA, SLS, and SLM, capable of processing materials such as resin, nylon powder, PA, and metals. Whether for rapidly creating prototype parts for testing and iteration or for small-batch production of end-use components, our services fully meet your needs. Different processes can flexibly adapt to a variety of material properties and basic accuracy requirements—simply provide clear specifications or drawings, and we can smoothly initiate production. We prioritize delivery efficiency and, while ensuring product quality, strive to complete manufacturing as quickly as possible to avoid long waiting times, helping you efficiently address diverse 3D printing needs and advance your projects steadily.

3D Printing
  • SLM
SLM is a metal 3D printing technology that uses a high-energy laser beam to fully melt and solidify metal powder. This process can produce fully dense metal parts with mechanical properties comparable to or even exceeding those of traditionally forged components. It is primarily used for directly manufacturing high-strength, lightweight, and customized end-use metal parts required in fields such as aerospace, medical implants, and automotive industries.
  • SLS
The SLS process forms parts by sintering powder materials such as nylon (PA) with a laser. Its greatest advantage is that no support structures are needed during manufacturing—the powder itself supports the workpiece—allowing the production of highly complex, hollow, or interlocking geometries. The resulting parts exhibit good mechanical properties and heat resistance, making them widely suitable for functional testing, small-batch end-use components, and direct production of complex structural parts.
  • SLA
The SLA process uses a laser to precisely cure liquid photosensitive resin, enabling the production of parts with extremely high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for creating display models, concept prototypes, and precision assembly verification parts that require strict attention to detail and appearance—making it the perfect choice for achieving "what you see is what you get.
